    Step 1

    用滚水川烫伊面和小白菜,滴干。Blanch the egg noodle and siew bak choy,drain up and set a side.

    Step 2

    热油在锅,把蒜茸和青葱爆香,然后加入肉碎和带子,炒至熟后加入调味料和高汤,煮滚一分钟后勾芡,然后熄火。Heat up the cooking oil,fry the chop garlic,spring onion till aromatic. Add in minced pork and scallop fry till cooked.Add in seasoning and chicken stock,boil for 1 minutes,thicken with corn flour mixture.Remove from heat.

    Step 3

    把汤料淋在伊面上面,然后铺上小白菜即可。Pour the meat sauce over the crispy egg noddle and garnish with siew bak choy.Serve hot.
